Hey everyone. I figured it's about time I kick off this blog. So here I go... My life has been a little chaotic lately. Let me start off with something good. I went to warped tour last wednesday (July 23rd) and let me tell you boys and girls. It was the best experience of my life! I got to see The Academy Is... they are my favorite band. It was my first time seeing them live. They were amazing. They hold a really special place in my heart. I'll tell you why some other time. It's a really personal story and I feel like I should save it for the right time. I got to see a couple other amazing musicians including Say Anything, Against Me, Cobra Starship, We The Kings, Gym Class Hereos, Ludo, Madina Lake, All Time Low, Family Force 5, & the beautiful Katy Perry. Overall, I had an amazing night. Now on to the bad part. My now ex-best friend's mom called me yelling at me because I split up with everyone during warped tour. May I add that I bought them the tickets and the day I bought them I told everyone that if there was a band I wanted to see and they didn't I'm going to split up with them and see the band. After she called me I called my dad to let him know what was going on. He kind of flipped out and told me that I don't have to listen to her. So at the end of Warped Tour I get in the car and my ex-best friend's mom starts yelling at me and putting her finger in my face. I got so angry and upset that I flipped out on her. She yelled at me and said that I'm not welcome in her house anymore. To tell you the truth I never was since I only slept over there 3 times and her daughter slept over my house a million times. What got me really upset was that my so called "best friend" didn't even try to stop us fighting or anything. Oh and to top it all off her mom called me a liar and I asked her to name things I lied about and she mentioned something I told my ex-best friend in private. That really hurt cause it shows that she couldn't be trusted. It's been almost a week and she hasn't called me or anything to make sure I was alright. People are so shady these days. Hey you win some you lose some right. Anyway, the day of warped tour there was a huge storm and the rain drowned my cell phone. So now I have a cool new one it's a green sprint rumor. I'm a texting fiend (if you are too give me your number and we can chat!) I'm totally in love with it. So despite losing a "friend" I feel like my life is going in the right direction. I'll be moving on to more exciting things soon. So to quote the best line I've ever heard from a Fall Out Boy song "Say a prayer and let the good times roll". xoxo
